Nature’s Tallow didn’t begin as a business idea. It began as a search for something better.
Like many parents, we found ourselves navigating the frustrating world of sensitive skin and eczema. Our daughter’s skin was constantly irritated, dry, and inflamed. We tried the conventional route first, creams, lotions, and the products doctors commonly recommend. Some helped temporarily, but the results never lasted, and many of them contained ingredients we didn’t feel comfortable putting on her skin long term.
That experience sent us down a different path.
We began researching traditional skincare remedies that had been used for generations before modern synthetic products became the norm. Again and again, one ingredient kept appearing: beef tallow.
For centuries, tallow was one of the most trusted skincare ingredients. It was used to moisturise, heal, and protect the skin long before modern cosmetics existed. What fascinated us most was how closely the composition of tallow resembles the natural oils our own skin produces.
After learning more about its fatty acids, vitamins, and skin compatibility, we decided to try making our own.
The difference was incredible.
Our daughter’s skin began to calm, hydrate, and strengthen in ways we hadn’t seen before. What started as something we made for our own family quickly became something friends and relatives began asking for as well.
That was the beginning of Nature’s Tallow.
Our mission has always been simple: create skincare that is natural, effective, and gentle enough for the whole family. Every product we make is built around high-quality, grass-fed beef tallow and thoughtfully selected natural ingredients that support the skin’s natural barrier.
As a Samoan and Spanish family, our values are deeply rooted in faith, family, and caring for others. Those values shape everything we do, from the ingredients we choose to the way we run our business.
Today, Nature’s Tallow continues to grow, but the purpose remains the same as when we first began: helping families discover skincare that works with the body, not against it.
Because we believe healing should be natural.
And sometimes, the best solutions are the ones nature has provided all along.
