· Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are only shipped on business days, which are Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
· Order Confirmation: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track the progress of your delivery.
4. Shipping Restrictions
· Shipping Areas: We currently only offer shipping within Australia. We do not ship internationally at this time.
· P.O. Boxes: We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes; however, delivery times may be longer for such addresses.
· Shipping to Remote Areas: If you are located in a remote or rural area, delivery times may be longer, and additional shipping fees may apply. We will notify you of any additional charges before processing your order.
5. Shipping Delays
While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated time frames, external factors such as carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, or holiday periods may cause shipping delays. Unfortunately, Nature’s Tallow is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers.
